This butterfly graced me with its presence for a long time on the afternoon that I was fortunate enough to capture these images. It flitted among the apples in the dappled sunlight as if it intended to have its photo taken that day.
You may notice the keys in the foreground. This piece is also part of my “Unreconciled” series. In this series, keys are symbolic of things left behind in my past that were never quite resolved.
